Employed or engaged in a position of responsibility related to the engineering work or as an engineering teacher in an accredited engineering college/institute or as a professional engineer in an engineering research establishment.
          5 years
In case of a person having passed sections'A' and 'B' of the Institution's examinations, the Council of the Institution may,at its discretion,also take into account the period of service prior to his passing of Section 'B' Examinations. 		Rs. 2500/- + Rs. 200/- = Rs. 2700
MEMBER
32 YEARS
Employed or engaged in a position of responsibility related to the engineering work or as an engineering teacher in an accredited engineering college/institute or as a professional engineer in an engineering research establishment.
10 years

In case of a person having passed sections'A' and 'B' of the Institution's examinations, the Council of the Institution may,at its discretion,also take into account the period of service prior to his passing of Section 'B' Examinations. 		Rs. 2900/- +200/- = Rs. 3100/-
FELLOW
40 Years
Engaged in the profession of engineering in a position of high responsibility or should have retired from such a position .
15 Years

Employed in a position of responsibility as per Bye-Law 46(iii)(a) in design or execution of important engineering tasks or as a senior member of the engineering staff in an engineering college or institute which has regular courses of study leading to such educational qualification which is accredicated by the Council of the Institution.		 Rs. 3900/- + Rs. 200/- = Rs. 4100/-
